Sketchapalooza 2016 Week 1 by Sonion Sketchapalooza 2016 Week 1 by Sonion
Recieved orders for over 140 characters from my sketch sale last week. Well, here's 12 of them. Only 128 to go.

Nice collection of sketches! Haken looks quite grumpy on his throne of skulls. I wonder if Kahvi would really think that, I mean, she's got a high opinion of her own tribe... Nice to see EQ art from you again.

These EQ ones give me all of the feels. Not just some of them. All of them! *shakes fist*

What tools and methods do you use for your art? I want to make my ink drawings as clean as yours, and I never do :( Check out my gallery if you want, but what do you do for such crisp, clean drawings?

I use microns and brushes mostly.

That's it? How to you do your pre-planning and pencilling and erasing, if you don't mind me asking. Because when I do that, the ink either fades or gets scratchy.

I pencil, then lightly erase with gum eraser, then pencil again, lightly erase, and pencil again. Usually about three times on the same image til everything is where I want it. Then I ink.

Yes, but, this is what I am trying to ask: How do you erase the pencil lines from the finished ink product without fading the ink ^^;

Microns are very dark. They don't erase

Okay, I'll be sure to purchase those instead of what I already use (Prismacolors). Thanks Sonny :)

Most of the inking can be done with Micron size 08

I also use Sharpies for larger areas. They don't erase either
